Cancellation Policy

Here's what you need for your fingerprinting service Photo ID: This can be "one" of the following: * Driver's license * State-issued ID * Passport Voucher: If you are a client billed through one of our approved employers, bring the VOUCHER provided by your employer for the service. Social Security Number: Know your social security number. We DO NOT need to see the card. Current Employment Address: Be prepared with your current employment address. !Important! Review your paperwork BEFORE your appointment. Our technicians cannot interpret or provide guidance on your forms. If you have a “Fingerprint Verification Form” that needs to be completed and sealed inside the fingerprint envelope, ensure it is provided BEFORE sealing the envelope. If the form is provided after sealing, an additional $5 fee will apply. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us ahead of time!
